Congratulations to the Santa Lucia Region Distinguished Service Award recipient, Steven Kahl. Steve had been a presenter on many topics, but differentiationis one of his specialties. He has organized regional trainings for teachers using the Depth and Complexity Icons created by Dr. Sandra Kaplan. Last year he organized the first annual Student-to-Student Conference which was so successful they are repeating it this year. He is an exemplary teacher in the Mountain View/Los Altos High School District.
